Our Mission:
The Arab Resource and Organizing Center is a grassroots organization working to empower and organize our community towards justice and self-determination for all. AROC members build community power in the Bay Area by participating in leadership development, political education, and campaigns.

Our Vision:
AROC’s vision is for a strong and united Arab community working together to shift power and create change, while helping build a unified movement working towards economic and social justice.

Our Values:
With these values we work to uphold the leadership of, and remain accountable to, local and international Arab communities working for justice.

1. Challenge the racism and religious discrimination.
2. Work to create an economically just world free from occupation and exploitation.
3. Oppose sexism, homophobia, classism, and ableism within our organization, as well as in our public events and programs.  Uphold the leadership of those most impacted by these systems.
4. Join forces with other organizations and communities to build a broader unified movement for social justice.
5. Work to unite our community, and challenge ourselves to work through conflict in a principled and respectful way while adapting to changing political and social dynamics.
